From beginning to end, Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. We received detailed cost estimates that were accurate and competitive with other contractors we spoke to. The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Mike did a great job communicating with us on decisions we had to make and the schedule for the work throughout the project. We love the result of our bathrooms and had a great experience working with Apex!"

These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. "I am revising my initial review of Premier Home Pros. My prior review gave them a 5 star. Now, I'm dropping that to a 2 star. Attractive install. However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water? Of course they've been paid in full which is why they are now hard to get a response from. The distance between shower doors is too big. It's actually a distance of three fingers, i.e., 2 1/2 inches, the bottom of the doors themselves are too high, so water can escape, the bottom ridge intended to hold water in is too low. So, water is escaping."

"I hired Four Leaf Restoration to install a sump pump system in my dirt floor crawlspace. Mike, the owner, is a consummate professional and very honest and straightforward in communications regarding what needs to be done. He gave me a thorough report and estimate following his inspection. For the work that had to be done, his pricing was very fair. Due to recent storms, he was already fully booked but sent his crew over to start working the following weekend. Those guys did an amazing job: removed all of the tar paper covering the dirt floor and all the insulation overhead so they could inspect thoroughly for any mold due to humidity and any moisture that might have occurred. They sprayed the entire crawlspace in case there was unseen mold, then followed up with a spray mold deterrent. The sump pump and drainage system were installed and the entire floor was covered with a heavy gauge plastic. All new insulation was also installed. The crew dug a french drain out in my yard for the sump pump drain and tied in downspouts on that side to fully divert water away from the house. At the end of each day, they cleaned everything up. They did an amazing job! The man who does my annual termite inspection said he has never been in a crawlspace that is that clean and that actually smells good. Mike also recommended a dehumidifier for the crawlspace for summer months (same one he uses in his home). While he doesn't sell them, he gave me a link to a website and came by to set it up after it arrived. You will not find a more honest or hardworking company than Mike's Four Leaf Restoration. I cannot say enough good things about them. He was referred to me by a co-worker and I am so grateful for that referral!! If have problems with water or mold remediation/restoration in your basement or crawlspace, do not hesitate to call Mike at Four Leaf Restoration."
