"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"We found VIP HVAC using HomeAdvisor. Based on the high review feedback number we hired them to replace our furnace and the AC unit. We ran out of heat on a cold day in February. The contractor came on a very short notice. He was a subject matter expert on heating/cooling and explained all the options. He gave us a quote that was unbeatable. He also rescheduled multiple times to accommodate our schedule. On the appointed day, they came right on time even though roads were closed due to slippery conditions. Our heat furnace and AC were replaced. As a bonus he changed the fixture on the furnace unit to install a new compensating pump and a air filter enclosure that was easy to access at no cost. I will highly recommend them."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. "No 1 Cleaners were very professional and did a good job of cleaning our air conditioning ducts and vents. Carlos was knowledgable and did a through job. However, there was one thing that we did not like. While angi said that the initial quotation was FREE, No Cleaners said that if they came to provide a quote and we decide not to proceed with the work, we needed to pay $99 as fee for inspection. This was a bit disturbing as others did not charge for the visit and initial quote. I would recommend No 1 Cleaners as they were were professional and executed very well."

I found the entire team to be very professional and the quality of the work was EXCELLENT. It is also worth noting that each day after the workday was complete, the technicians cleaned up after themselves, and our home was spotless.
