Our project was multifaceted, beginning with a complete demolition of a library/office, and including his construction of a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone facade wall; installation of new double hung windows and interior doors; ceiling repair; breaking through a stone exterior wall to enlarge a door opening and install French doors; installation of new recessed lighting, electrical outlets, wood paneling, bookshelves, cabinets, and moldings throughout the room; repair of an exterior stucco wall; tear out and installation of a new patio adjacent to the library; and miscellaneous painting. "New heating and AC system installed by the company in December 2023. System Failure: AC unit stopped working in July 2025, less than two years after installation. After-hours visit requested. Charged $135 for the visit and $55 for refrigerant check ($190 total). Technician found system completely out of refrigerant. Quoted $2,419.81 for repairs. I was shown itemized list on iPad, but not provided a copy upon request. The technician pointed out a shiny spot on the compressor suggesting a leak. I noticed a twisted copper line leading into the compressor. Technician stated he had never seen anything like it. Office could not explain how the copper line was bent?despite no one but their installers accessing the unit. I declined the repair for lack of itemized quote and cost transparency. Suspected installation issue (twisted copper line). No confirmation that repairs would be covered under warranty. "
