"Bill was very punctual on his estimate appointment, also his day to do the job. He worked his schedule around mine, and showed up per our agreement. Even when he had to touch up a couple of things, he worked his schedule to get back within days. That seems to be the biggest issue with contractors, they never show up on time, if at all. Bill is a man of his word and that shows in his work ethic."
