This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!

"The ladies were prompt, efficient, and hard working. We were home during the cleaning and they worked around us well and were not inconvenienced by ya and did not inconvenience us while we worked.
