Sager Restoration Services

First of all, the responsiveness of Mike and his team (SRS Restoration) was beyond exceptional. My rental property was extremely damaged during torrential rains. One corner of our flat roof collapsed causing severe damage to the interior. It was a Friday evening and the rain was still pouring down. I immediately searched Angie's List and found SRS's information (they had very good reviews). Within 2 hours the roof was secured, the water was removed from the interior, and the drying fans had started blowing. It's important to note that Mike and his team were apprx. 45 minutes away from my house at the time I called, making his sense of urgency that much more impressive. 
Also very impressive was Mike's communication and meticulous documentation. I was kept constantly aware of the progress and the situation was THOROUGHLY documented using the same process and software the insurance companies use (making the estimate VERY accurate). Mike understands the immense inconvenience this causes the property owner and was also extremely helpful in facilitating the insurance process for such a large claim.
SRS cut costs by reusing as much of the original materials (hardwood, etc) as possible. Mike continued to follow up to make sure the work was satisfactory and even came back out to the property to do a post-repair inspection. The results were outstanding and our tenants moved back in to a better home than they had left. 

Was on time gave very detail list of repairs to be done .cost was also itemized per repair. job was done on time .returned on raining day to confirm leaks was resolved.

This was my first time working with them, they were very professional. He seemed knowledgable and knew what he was doing. He arrived on time and kept the work area clean. The owner stayed on the work site throughout the entire job.

We developed a leak on one of our upper story windows, it hadn't leaked in any of the rainstorms earlier this summer, but one night the water just came right in. It was not obvious where the leak might be. We called SRS, they showed up the next day and talked through possible reasons and eliminated most of them. They returned the next day on time and caulked places that would have caused the leak. The rep was honest - he fixed what was the likeliest place, and said if it leaked again to call right away, since it was not an easy or obvious hole.
The only reason a and quot;Band quot; on quality is that it hasn't rained heavily enough from the same direction as when the leak appeared to test whether the caulking fixed the problem or not.
Overall, so far very satisfied with effort, professionalism and work.

my overall opinion of sager restoration is that i am 100% satisfied with their performance. they were very accuarte in timing pricing and quality. i have no complaints just pure happiness with the company and hope to see them in the near future.
