"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

"David was very prompt in calling me and completed the work a day after I contacted him. He showed up to my house during the promised time. I had 2 large trees taken down, 1 stump ground, and other various trees trimmed and all the work was very well done. I especially appreciated the care they took in ensuring that the work did not damage other landscaping or my home. David completed the stump grinding a few days after the initial work and he again showed up exactly on time and the work was completed quickly. I did not shop around for best price as the price quoted was fair for the scope of work based on my prior experience with tree services. I would recommend using this service and I plan to use them again for future projects."

He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "He responded quickly to my call, came the same day to inspect the trees and began treatment within a few days. He was informative about the disease and had specialized training in treating oak wilt. He did let us know that treatment effectiveness is only about 50/50 when you have trees that are already infected. Since the treatment was recent, we don't know if the trees will survive. But since these trees provide our backyard shade, we decided to go ahead with the treatment."
