The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"We met first with Sam who was upfront about what needed to be done and wrote the contract the way we wanted so that there would be no surprises during the installation. Sam provided some additional carpentry work and guaranteed the price even if there was additional work needed. The crew arrived as promised at 8 am on Monday. They were incredible! By nightfall, they had removed both layers of roofing, installed all-new plywood decking, repaired rafters, added roof supports, and completed the project including clean-up.
