"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

Mauricio Fallas of Amazing Tree Services came back -- with a crane and crew -- two weeks in a row to remove the trees. He worked quickly in order to permit an insurance inspection and roof replacement. Mauricio is an experienced pro and a nice guy, too. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. I will definitely call BJ's next time when I need tree services. Highly recommend!"

"We purchased an Angie's List deal for J&W Tree Service.  They contacted us write to schedule an appointment for an estimate, and the work was scheduled for a few days later.  The team showed up on time and make quick work of the three trees we needed removed.  The stump grinding was handled by a separate team at a later date.  Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.  The work was done well and quickly, and the price was very reasonable.  I will definitely use J&W again for any future tree needs.
