Full Canopy Tree Care

The two man crew ensured, through communications with company management and with the homeowners, that they understood the job. Clean up was excellent. Price was very fair considering the time spent, initially, by the Arborist and by the two man crew.

We were very pleased and impressed with the service we all received. 5 houses ended up being treated, having lots of live oaks + a few bur oak and red oaks. I had sent a photo of leaves from the infected tree about 7:30 pm and got a call at 9:30 that night! Though Brennon was out of town, he offered to come by late the next day upon his return. So at 7 pm on a Friday night he walked our property and the one next door, closest to our infected tree, taking an inventory, and provided us with an estimate for treatment. His professionalism won us over. (I contacted 4 companies in total, all with certified arborists and oak wilt certification.) On Monday morning his crew arrived and began treating our trees. Our Community Association contacted him also, upon our recommendation, and he has developed a treatment plan for the common area property where the oak wilt obviously began. I will never use another tree company! Next time our trees need trimming, Full Canopy will definitely be the company I'll call!

He responded quickly to my call, came the same day to inspect the trees and began treatment within a few days. He was informative about the disease and had specialized training in treating oak wilt. He did let us know that treatment effectiveness is only about 50/50 when you have trees that are already infected. Since the treatment was recent, we don't know if the trees will survive. But since these trees provide our backyard shade, we decided to go ahead with the treatment.

Went great. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about trees. Best of all, the limbs on the ground and little pieces of limbs were cleaned up off the ground very well, unlike our previous experience with some high-end arborists.

They were prompt and professional.  The only drawback was price.  They gave me a quote for all my trees that seemed quite high.  So I only had them do the one tree that really needed it, and will look at other alternatives for the remainder (probably do it myself).  That said, if you are looking for good quality service and don't mind paying for it, I would recommend them.  I've also dealt with other tree services that will offer you a lower price and don't provide high quality service.

Brennon Magee is the owner and Certified Arborist.  He was easily available by phone to arrange an estimate appointment.
I had already interviewed recommended Angie's List Tree Pruners and Brennon definitely was the most impressive with his assessment and recommendations for our Live Oak Tree.  He readily accommodated his pruning schedule to our availability since i wanted to be present during the work.  He and his crew arrived on time and Brennon himself did a significant amount of the pruning.  His two man crew were impressive.  It was a treat to listen to all three interact because of their politeness and professionalism.   The Live Oak Tree now is so beautiful and no longer attacking our house, car and visitors.  I absolutely chose the right company.  Thank you Brennon and crew!

I have used Canopy before to remove a large live oak.  And then had them out a few more times for smaller jobs and to check the trees.  They are professionals and certified arborists and I feel more comfortable with their expert opinions
They  are easy to talk with and I always feel I am getting an honest assessment.  I will be using them again in the near future.  They perform their tasks well, clean up is excellent, and cost is affordable and no damage to other plants and trees.

A limb from one of our trees fell on our roof during the storm on May 26th. We called Brennan on Monday (a holiday no less), he picked up and told us he would be out the next day. He sized up what turned out to be a very complicated job and was back the next day with his crew. Did the job perfectly, without leaving a scuff or scratch on the roof, cleaned up impeccably, and that was that. I couldn't have asked for a better, friendlier, reasonablly priced end to a pretty complicated tree ballet given the nature of our backyard. I would recommend him and Full Canopy to anyone.

There were 40 stumps on the property that needed to disappear.
I was going to do this myself by renting a stump grinder. I had removed all the rocks up to 4-6 inches below ground around the stumps. Unfortunately, all  the rental stump grinders available in my area were fully manual. Using them  would have been some grunt work for me, so I called professionals.
On the request of Brennan (the arborist in charge of the business) a public utilities "locator'  first marked the location of underground utility lines. 
The 2 people who did the job were thorough, diligent and courteous. They used their Vermeer hydraulic grinder, chain saws when necessary as well as other tools They did an an excellent job and completed it in under 4 hours.

Our experiences have been going well so far. They are always on time and very responsive. They do a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

It is a very good experience. He is prompt, professional, and efficient.  I continue to recommend his services.
