"I only gave these guys three stars, because they did clean work and didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up. However, they took my money and did not complete the job to my satisfaction. When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

"David was very prompt in calling me and completed the work a day after I contacted him. He showed up to my house during the promised time. I had 2 large trees taken down, 1 stump ground, and other various trees trimmed and all the work was very well done. I especially appreciated the care they took in ensuring that the work did not damage other landscaping or my home. David completed the stump grinding a few days after the initial work and he again showed up exactly on time and the work was completed quickly. I did not shop around for best price as the price quoted was fair for the scope of work based on my prior experience with tree services. I would recommend using this service and I plan to use them again for future projects."

"The job as promised went very well at a reasonable price. They worked efficiently & safely cutting down 80 feet tall tree & cleanly trimmed other surrounding trees. They cut the trees into firewood & stacked it neatly in my backyard. They gave me a nice chopping board (from their previous job site) which they screwed into a tree trunk they cut from my backyard which they carried onto my deck. Looking at it, it can be use as a chopping board when grilling or a bistro table- cant wait to use it in one of our bbq parties. The crew left my yard cleaner than when they came in. Alex the owner stayed on site the whole time working with his crew and making sure safety is maintained. Overall, Im very satisfied with their work & will not hesitate to hire him again. "Do NOT pay ahead!! My tree cutting and stump removal was dragged on for weeks, and was only completed after multiple phone calls. The job was done well, but I did not appreciate having to make multiple calls to remind them/ask them, when they were coming to do the work, and later, when they were coming to complete the work."

"The team from BJ's Tree Service were excellent! They were very responsive. I called on a Monday and they were at my home on Tuesday to cut and remove the trees! He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. I am impressed by his professionalism and honesty. His price was very reasonable, and his willingness to do a relatively small job much appreciated. I would hire him again without question."
