The guys got here and set up very quickly. They covered over the lawn with plywood and were super careful with our garden, even when moving the huge crane into place. They took down a 20 foot tree in just over an hour. They cleaned up and aside from the stump you would never know they had been here. Great job, I highly recommend Amazing Tree. - Don T.

Amazing Tree Services, owner Mauricio and his entire crew are exceptional at what they do, very professional, knowledgeable, get the job done fast, clean up and have your property looking cleaner than when they started, and the most important thing great prices, he will most likely beat anyone's price in the business. Just a pleasure to do business with, I have already had 3 trees removed and will be using them once again for my 4th and final tree in the very near future, kudos to Mauricio and his workers for another job well done.

Winter nor'easters brought down two trees on my house -- the second a massive pin oak that damaged the roof. Mauricio Fallas of Amazing Tree Services came back -- with a crane and crew -- two weeks in a row to remove the trees. He worked quickly in order to permit an insurance inspection and roof replacement. Mauricio is an experienced pro and a nice guy, too. He's got my tree work for life -- although I hope any future tree that falls, falls in the woods!

We had a tree come down in a storm a couple of years back, I'ma be honest it's been a little while. That was 2 or 3 years ago. They did a phenomenal job. They cleaned up, almost cleaned up too well. We wanted them to leave more granite for the fireplace and stuff like that I had to tell them "Wait, don't shred them all" but they were very kind about setting things aside, dusting main pieces of wood that we wanted to keep for our fireplace and getting rid of everything else. They tidied up beautifully. They worked very fast. I don't know how many helpers they had, but they were really quick. It was a part of a tree that a lightning bolt took off the top, almost half. The tree forked about 20 ft above the ground and the lightning took off one of the two halves of the tree. Unfortunately, a little bit of it hit the roof of the house and punched a hole about the size of your fist into and got that patched up. The people did a phenomenal job getting what was on the lawn of the lawn. They showed up on time, right away. They were top notch.

My husband called and left a message and no one called back. My husband called again and scheduled them to come out. We waited and no one showed up and no one called to cancel. We're very disappointed as we had high hopes.

They surprisingly had it all completed within the hour! Their handling of the logistics of having to work on one way, narrow, residential streets was quite impressive.

I ended up using someone else. They were prompt in coming by with the quote. I did not use them for the actual work. I was able to get a better price with somebody else. They were great.

They only want to do large commercial properties. That should have been made clear on their post.

Marisio, the owner, was very responsive with my request for a bid. It was furnished the day he arrived for the estimate. Marisio was very interested in obtaining my work and did a very good job of explaining what his company could do. He even showed me a video on his tablet of a very large tree his company was taking down in a tight place with his crane. He also followed up several days later to see if I had any questions after receiving 4 additional bids. No other bidders bothered to call back to follow up. I selected Amazing Tree because of their professionalism, the appropriate equipment they were going to use, and their competitive price. The crew showed up on the date as scheduled and immediately went to work removing trees, grinding stumps and cleaning up as they worked. They asked permission to use my neighbors lawn because of its access to my trees and made sure not to damage his lawn or left any debris behind. I was very satisfied with their work and when they left it was like the removed trees were never there. i would definitely recommend their services and would use them again. Arrived when scheduled. Used crane to ease access to trees and to lower large branches (avoiding damage to lawn). Crane could even reach over garage to back of house. Completed work in half a day. Cleaned up lawn. Not the lowest price, but the lower price company did not come when scheduled and did not respond to calls.

We noticed one very large dead tree on our property, right near some power lines. Contacted Amazing Tree and Mauricio came the same day to look at the job. He showed us that the tree was actually hollow from a carpenter ant infestation and advised that the work should not wait too long to be done as the tree posed a real danger. He said he would not advise us to wait more than two weeks to get the job done. We agreed. He gave us a good price and said he would be back within the two week period to do the work. Two days later we learned that we would need to be out of town for a few weeks. I called Amazing Tree and spoke to Mauricio's wife and told her of our dilemma and that we would be away. The following day Mauricio left a message on our home phone saying not to worry and that the job would be done soon and he would be in touch when we returned. I returned the call and left a message that they could call our cell and I would be happy to provide a credit card number by phone. I did not hear back from them. We arrived home three weeks later to find that all the work had been done perfectly. I called and left a message for Mauricio to let him know that we were very pleased but wanted to pay him for the work. He stopped by a few days later to pick up payment and said he wasn't worried about getting paid since he had done a job for us previously. This is a fine contractor who is responsive and trustworthy and does quality work. It is our pleasure to recommend him again.

I can not believe how quickly, neatly and efficiently the job was done!!!!! We had a crane and heavy equipment on the property and there is no sign of any lawn damage. Wood we wanted to save was cut to our exact size specifications and neatly stacked where we wanted it. Mauricio and his crew were phenomenal. I would recommend and hire them for any jobs! He was particularly helpful in explaining the importance of insurance and what type of insurance a contractor should provide. The quote was the most competitive quote given and I went with the service due to the price and positive reviews as well as the insurance documentation provided. The job was done on time and professionally - the crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the yard once they were done. Communication was good throughout and all appointments were kept. I would use them again and highly recommend their services.
