"From the time that Ashley his administrative assistant contact me and told me when Mr. Jim Harrison would arrive at my house and triage my crumpling driveway he arrived on time. Spent a good amount of time reviewing my driveway then explained what he would have to do to give me a new driveway. "Called on Monday and Richie the owner answered the phone. Very pleasant and helpful in answering my initial questions. He said he would come over the same day and would call when he was on his way. Richie did exactly that and spent at least 20 minutes with me and my wife going over our options. Once we agreed on the job, he went in his truck and wrote up an estimate that seemed very fair. He said he could have his team do the job the next day and we said fine. It was a 4-man team that arrived at 8am. There was a slight upcharge since they had to rip up two layers of asphalt instead of one. They were done by 4:00 or so and the driveway looks great. Best of all, they graded it so that all the water flows to the storm drain so no more flooding or puddles."
