I went to Angi to request some help with installing an EV charger, and Michael ended up being the person who got on the phone with me and was super charismatic. Their service was quick, reasonably priced, and done to perfection. Not only did they help with the EV charger, but we were able to discuss a full house project. They installed recessed lighting in three rooms, three fans, and even fixed some janky faulty electric we had from our home being a flip. Michael, Mark, and Steve were a ton of fun, very informative, and professional. Will be using them again for any future needs!"

"I called Rick on Friday at 6:40am on a whim and he answered. He had a tech out to me by 11 am. I couldn’t believe it. The tech that came to me, was the most sincere and truthful person ever. Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3. He was courteous in answering all my (some naive) questions about the estimate 4. His price is not the lowest, but he used industry grade NEMA 14-50 outlet not the cheap ones 5. He submitted the permit for me (so that we won't have any potential code issues if/when selling the house) 6. He followed up when the permit was approved 7. He showed on time, worked efficiently, and finished the installation within 3.5 hours (2 days later) 8. He did everything he said he would do and used all the materials he said he would use 9. The installation passed the inspection with flying color (inspector commented that "whoever did this did a neat job") 10. "The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"
