They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

I went to Angi to request some help with installing an EV charger, and Michael ended up being the person who got on the phone with me and was super charismatic. Their service was quick, reasonably priced, and done to perfection. Not only did they help with the EV charger, but we were able to discuss a full house project. They installed recessed lighting in three rooms, three fans, and even fixed some janky faulty electric we had from our home being a flip. "This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming.
