"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."

"I called Rick on Friday at 6:40am on a whim and he answered. He had a tech out to me by 11 am. I couldn’t believe it. The tech that came to me, was the most sincere and truthful person ever. They had to order parts and they actually got them over the weekend and another tech is here right now installing them. This tech is the same exact demeanor. Greatest group of guys possible. Due to pandemic and heavy snow in Feb, he accommodated the entire estimate process with photos and FaceTime for an unconventional setup involving new sub panel in my garage 3.
