He also went above and beyond by returning excess materials I had purchased to Lowe’s on my behalf. Earlier, when the specific tile I wanted was only available in Staten Island and we were under a tight deadline, he personally picked it up—even though that’s not something he normally does. This solved the problem of an uneven slab underneath that was causing the cracking.
