"When Steven first looked at the project he was detailed and took the time to assess the type of tile and style install. We discussed grout lines and step by step installation process and he put me at easy and took the mystery out of doing the project. He removed my existing ceramic style and also explained in detail how that would be done. ​ Steven and Joe had great personalities and were easy to deal with, approachable and they were open to feedback. As a homeowner you want every phase of the project done well and their skill level was exceptional they installed porcelain tile planking using a random pattern and the end result was very level and smooth. "Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.
