"ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything.  Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. We were very comfortable with everyone on his team and the work that they did.
We absolutely plan on using ETC Home Improvement again.

"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.
