We originally reached out to Home Techs to do repairs resulting from a flood. Joe got back to us right away and came out to view the damage within a few days. We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats. Joe kept us updated throughout the process. He was respectful and kind and did everything he could to keep us within our budget. We then hired him to do the roof. Thereâ s nothing he and his team canâ t do. It was a great experience and we heartily recommend Home Techs for all your home needs.

Over the years, Joe and his team have done a whole host of jobs for me from painting, to concrete, to installing doors, to building a roof over my existing deck. His prices are always competitive, and he is honest with me about my options and the best way to complete a job. He is always my first call when bidding out a job. I would highly recommend.

Over the past several years we have contracted with Joe to lay stone, repair the roof over our deck, upgrade our kitchen and bathroom and most recently install laminate floors. In each instance we have been extremely pleased with the end product. Joe's team does a great job and we have found Joe's prices to be very reasonable. Joe and his crew were amazing, very professional, honest, and clean. They removed my shower stall and built a custom tile shower; all involved were very personable, down to earth, and patient! I highly recommend Home Techs and can't wait to have them back to work on my kitchen.

Joe is very easy to work with and very professional....we communicated through texts and emails and he promptly answered. We had a new roof installed on house and garage, stucco work done, concrete work and the house and garage painted. We are also getting carpeting installed throughout house. When this project is complete we are considering remodeling the kitchen.. This is our shore home.

Very professional - I communicated via Texting and phone. They always got back to me and stuck to the schedule. Work was done on time and the cost was reasonable. Had to have an Air conditioner removed from upper wall and another installed in the same opening. Size was different so had to redo the opening. Will have them back for additional work.

We hired Home Tech to remodel two bathrooms in our Wildwood condo. Great company to work with. Received frequent updates, work was flawless and we stayed on budget. We will definitely be using them again.

Timely and professional service.

The job was completed on time, on budget and they did a good job cleaning up afterward. Follow up was timely and they arrived when promised.

The actual project was to cut a drain into my patio to allow for the water to drain off to a sump tank and pumped to the front of the house. The patio floods during heavy rain and last month, the water came into the house and ruined 3 floors. They did this job and my master bedroom tile job at the same time. They are the kind of people who you can trust in your home when you are at work. I can't recommend them highly enough. Quality of work, attention to detail, promptness, value. Joe stayed in constant contact throughout the job.

First company to call back. Frequent updates, great work. The project was much nicer than I could have imagined. I no longer need to find a contractor for all of my future projects.

We met with a number of contractors and we didn't feel any of them understood what we were trying to accomplish. When we met with Joe not only did he get the idea right away but was patient with us and explained every step of the process. When his crew showed up they were the most professional and hard working crew my wife and i ever experienced. Trust what Joe Coady tells you. He was fifth contractor I interviewed before deciding to go with him. I have trust issues given my professional background as a Behavioral Therapist working under 5 US Presidents. If u r unhappy with anything about work done tell him and he will make it right. He went beyond call of duty. Don't underestimate this man's professionalism. If u don't speak up shame on u. He is not what u first think of as being a Handyman. He is technically sound, has awesome people skills and very task orientated. Plan to continue requesting his expertize on future projects.

Home Techs repaired the rotted out deck header on our condo building. We were very impressed with Joe's knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and his patience and willingness to be available to answer any and all questions and explain what was needed to repair the header and decks. Joe was in constant communication with us and even went above and beyond by repairing additional items that were not on the original plans. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and we would have no hesitation to use them for future projects and I would recommend them without reservation.

Home Techs replaced the tile and bathtub in the master bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. It looks great. Will use them again for future projects.

Joe is awesome. I am rehing him, as we speak, to some other work. He is the only person out of the hurricane Sandy work that I had done, that I am rehiring. And I had a lot of people working after Sandy. He came and fixed some stuff other guys did. Really happy with him. He's a good guy.

Definitely a "five." I would use him again. His customer service, his attitude, his willingness to work with the customer. He made any changes without question. If I didn't like something, he didn't question why, he just changed the work to make my wife and I happy.
