Steve did a fantastic job making our vision come to reality. He was honest, made recommendations to upscale the project and his work was delivered to perfection. We’re incredibly happy with the finalized kitchen and bathroom that he did and will be hiring him for future tiling projects we plan to do.

This is the first time that I have used Quality Tile Co., and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I received three quotes for my project, and although Quality Tile was not the lowest, I had confidence that Steve would be the best fit. The estimate was detailed and thorough, communication was amazing, all calls were returned promptly, and there was no pressure. It is worth mentioning that of the three bidders, only Quality Tile had a well-maintained, nicely labeled work van in excellent condition, which stood out in contrast to the other bidders, giving me a good sense of trust to hire Quality Tile. I was not disappointed. The installation went down on time and on schedule, the workmanship was excellent, and I am exceptionally pleased with the final results.

I hired Steve to replace cracked tiles in my Kitchen and he did an awesome job and an even better job in matching the grout to the exact color from years ago when it was done! Steve and his apprentice Joe were very personable and professional. He is a no B S kind of guy and tells you exactly what is going on and why it happened! Spoke with Steve yesterday. He and Joe came out today and did some grout and caulk removal in my shower stall and re-caulked the pan seam and corner tile seams. Great job all the way around. Easy to do business with, very responsive, great quality, and a reasonable price. Great to watch a pro at work.

I had another tile contractor cancel last minute. I hopped on Angi and found Steve. Personally, I believe everything happens for a reason because Steve did an amazing job that I don’t think the other contractor could have topped. He’s knowledgeable and offered me professional guidance for the design I chose. His guidance helped elevate not only the quality of the work, but the look of the finished product. Steve came out ,looked over the job , gave a free quote . the job was restoring and replacing old grout in bathrroom. He explained the possible nuances of the job and how they would be handled, very personable and upfront plus 38 yrs experience. he and his helper did a great job and took great care about surrounding areas. when another tile job comes up ,he's the guy.

I hired this company for a tile service, they gave a estimate, the service was not done properly, and there was damage done to my vanity, there was a lot of mistakes, The vanity worth $1800, was destroyed and he took any responsibility about it, he just ignored me after he was paid.

Steve was amazing! Found him via Angi and he called, set up an estimate, gave me a date within a week of the estimate. He was on time every day, set me up with a date and allowed a week to complete. he worked with the skills of a surgeon. He was able to finish in three days and I could not be happier. Steve and his crew not only provided great quality work, EXACTLY what we were hoping for, but were also great people to be sharing our kitchen with for a couple of days. We’re so glad our precious contractor bailed, Quality is now our go-to.

When Steven first looked at the project he was detailed and took the time to assess the type of tile and style install. We discussed grout lines and step by step installation process and he put me at easy and took the mystery out of doing the project. He removed my existing ceramic style and also explained in detail how that would be done. ​ Steven and Joe had great personalities and were easy to deal with, approachable and they were open to feedback. As a homeowner you want every phase of the project done well and their skill level was exceptional they installed porcelain tile planking using a random pattern and the end result was very level and smooth. They left the jobsite very clean upon completion. The quote was on target and not unexpected costs.

Steve laid the kitchen tiles and a few months later the grout came up. He came back and regrouped the tiles. A few years later the grout came up again. One area the tile was loose. I have called him repeatedly to come and repair the loose tiles and grout. He has NEVER returned my calls and never showed up for the work. I feel that it is wrong that he did not come back to fix the problem. As of now, the floor is a mess.
