They did a good job, their pricing was very competitive and they were right on time, they came when they had to come, they did some extra but did not charge me for it, and they put the fence in and I had no problems with the location, they are very knowledgeable and the clean up was excellent, there was no debris left after their work, and they walked me though the project to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They also do other works, so I was considering hiring them again in the future for my roofing. My neighbor saw my fence and they going to hire Carl again for their fence as well.

We had our roof replaced in June. Carl's did an excellent job and the roof looks great! The workers were all great and they cleaned up the job perfect. Eric, the overseeing person at the job daily, was so knowledgeable. It was comforting knowing someone like him was there for the two days to visually overlook the job and inform us of what was going on. Our sales person, Will, was great as well. There were many calls and text that went back and forth before we decided to move forward and he answered all our questions. I highly recommend them.

It went well, About 3 weeks from signing the contract to installation, railings look great and they cleaned everything up, and left the front of house very clean. Would use them again. Pricing was very competitive (got 3 quotes from others).

The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. Maintenance was a nightmare to the point I stained the deck a solid color. This needed to be freshened up every couple of years. I tired of doing this chore so I contacted several contractors. Those contacted were not very enthusiastic and submitted extremely high bids without explaining exactly what materials they were using or a plan of attack. Brian of Carls Decking came with samples, brochures and a no nonsense explanation of what needed to be done to put me” in my happy place.” Brian inspected the frame and found it to still be level and in good shape. He suggested a total rip off of the planks and replacement of steps deck boards and railings. He even obtained the railing permit and made sure final inspection was handled. Pricing to do this type of renovation is not cheap but the final result was worth every penny! The crew that Brian sent over did an amazing job! The premises was cleaned up everyday when they left and all work was done in a very professional manner. I recommend Carl’s Decking very highly.

Great experience, TWICE. Had a huge tree fall and crushed a big piece of my fence. I checked a few places, but none of them were responsive, where Carl was at my house that day. These rest of the repair went the same way. At my home on time, great communication, Then another storm hit my property, this time crushing two big sections of fencing. I called Carl's again and they repeated that same great experience. While I would use them again, hopefully, I will have no more fallen trees this summer

This company has gone above and beyond what is expected from a company providing a service or purchases. They have very detailed estimates and contracts with no surprises ans the schedule was on point from three weeks out. The workers who showed up on site were very polite and asked my permission for any inconsistency in my land level to make sure I was happy. I used them for fence installation, but they are now on top of my list for all services they offer.

Working with David DelPizzo and Johnny we decided to replace the entire section of fence. Johnny explained that the new fence would not match the existing fence exactly but it would be close. We agreed on the price and proceeded with the project. This is where I put pressure on Johnny to get the work done ASAP so as to not hold up the hardscape contractor. Carl's came through for me again! Not only did they rearrange their schedule to make this happen, the quality of the fence, hinges and latch is so much better than the existing that now I am considering replacing the entire fence... I have been working with Carl's for two years now and they have not disappointed me once...

The quote was lower then a lot of other companies which is great. The quality of fence and the work performed was top notch. The one big issue that I had is that the installers left saw blades in my lawn behind. I found two of them but my 3 year old son found the 3rd. They should be using metal detectors to find any missing screws or blades left behind. They also left 2 piles of plastic saw dust behind. I wish that I didn't sign the inspection form before they completed the work but I had to leave my house prior to them finishing the install.
