I wanted to replace my 32 year-old cedar fence with a two tone vinyl one. It was difficult to find an installer who could get what I wanted until I called Modern Fence. Mike returned my call almost immediately, came to my home, had exactly the fence I wanted and gave me an extremely reasonable estimate. The specifications were meticulously diagramed and the contract was explicit. My fence was installed within the promised timeframe and the property was left in immaculate condition. The installers were very professional and it showed in their work. Modern Fence uses USA-made high-end fence materials, something that some other installers did not provide. I highly recommend Mike and Modern Fence and would encourage others to do so.

Mike at Modern came to my house the same day I used Angi. He sold me what I wanted and never tried to sell me on upgrades. His crew was professional and experienced. I have a few weird angles I fenced around and I can’t believe how great it looks. 250 feet of Black Aluminum fence and every panel and gate is perfectly aligned and solid. We recently had a white vinyl fence installed around our yard. Mike was wonderful to work with from when he initially provided us with a quote and all the way through the project. He was very professional and took time to explain the materials and how the fence would be installed. He also provided us with a detailed quote including a plan of the proposed fence. We met with several other fence contractors, and Mike provided us with the most detailed plan by far. Victor and his crew installed our fence. They were punctual, hardworking, and very professional. Mike is a professional, honest guy. He is willing to do the job even I live far away from his area. His team was on time. There was excellent communication about scheduling and arrival times. Working with Mike and his team was a dream! From the beginning when we needed a quote, through installation. The price was fantastic and they had better materials than even the more expensive options from other companies! We would definitely recommend them and would re-hire in an instant.

I was working with Mike from Modern Fence every step of the way. I wanted to get a permit and a survey had to be done. I paid 650 for the survey. I emailed Mike and advised him I had the survey done. This whole job started at the end of May 2020. Mike came out gave me an estimate and emailed me on May 23, 20. Mike seemed like a great guy. So like I stated before I got a survey done because I wanted to do the job correctly. From May 24th to June 5, 2020, we emailed each other. June 5th I sent him the digital survey. I asked him to submit for the permit. I never heard back from him. On June 10, 2020, I called and he answered. I advised him that I sent him the digital copy of the survey. This is when mike now advised me that he signed numerous contracts for fences and he cannot do the job until October of 2020. I was very confused by this and angry since I emailed him every step of the way and immediately got the survey done so I can start this project. I was under the assumption it was going to be done within a few weeks. Now he pushed my job aside and will do it in October! No thanks. Maybe because it is a small job but it was over $2000. Take your business elsewhere because obviously all he cares about it is the money and not about customers.

These guys are wonderful to work with, incredibly responsive, punctual, professional, honest and hard working. We have hired them for two separate jobs and were happy with the looks and quality of the finished product. We recommended them to our neighbors who also ended up hiring them for another job. Within 48 hours of the second fence Mike and team installed for us, a tree fell on the new fence and Modern fence scheduled to come out for a repair job within a couple weeks. Can't recommend these guys enough from Mike and all of his guys on staff.
