"I had a highly disappointing experience with the owner, Eddie McGovern, and Philly's Phinest Roofing. He requested access to my roof to complete work on an attached property and provided written confirmation that they would replace my roof as part of the agreement. He ranted about the terrible condition of my roof. I didn't want a contractor on there if it was so terrible. He manipulated the situation, backtracked on their promise, and become completely unresponsive. His lack of integrity, dishonesty, and failure to follow through on a written commitment makes them a contractor to avoid. Be very cautious if you decide to work with them. A company that operates this way is unprofessional and unethical taking advantage of homeowners especially like me trying to help out my neighbors. I'm an educator and nonprofit professional that naively thought he was reliable. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them for any work. READ THIS: [*** Link removed ***]"

We have contacted them many times and they refuse to respond. I would never recommend them to anyone they are very unprofessional"

A job estimated for 2 to 3 weeks took over 3 months. It is still not done to our satisfaction, but we "gave up", and told them to leave."
