Kalil (owner) was great to deal with, a good communicator, and a great price. When he took photos with his drone, he also noticed issues with some of our window casings, so he replaced those too. Was grateful to have all the work done at once, and his bid was still lower than his competition, too Really nice guy.

VETERANS BEWARE ! ! ! ARMY - NAVY - MARINES - AIR FORCE - COAST GUARD BEWARE !!! ALL CONSUMERS - BE ADVISED ! ! ! My neighbor hired this company to repair/replace her entire roof. I live in a twin, her and I are joint. We have A- shingled roofs. My bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the roof immediately over my head. Because I'm working from home during the pandemic, I'm in my room 24/7. I distinctly heard several feet over top of my head on my roof, I never complained. A couple days went by, they're still working on her roof. On the following day, rain fell heavily and it began to trickle down the seams of my wall and roof where our properties meet. There is a visible brown spot and the wood on the wall has buckled. Thank God I was home in my room because I had to move my television (floor model flat screen) from being ruined. When I notified the owner, he came on the following day to assess the damage and show me what allegedly was pictures of my roof, claimed he wasn't liable (all but literally gave me the middle finger), lied in my face saying his employees know not to go on anyone else's roof, and asked me if I asked them to get off. Common sense dictates that if an entire roof is being replaced, and we live in a twin - workmen will be on my roof. Not only that, but my neighbor across the street saw them on my roof and saw one of the workmen smoking a cigarette up there!?! There was no need for the owner to enter my home and he never bothered to look at the recording I have of the incoming water. He then began to make false references to the roofers I hired the month before to replace the front half of my roof. The leak is on the back half of the roof and my roofers assessed the entire roof, recorded a video and took pictures. My roof was fine until HIS employees damaged it. Instead of him being a professional and trying to at least meet me halfway or ask how could we find a resolve for the problem HIS employees created, he gave me the middle finger, DURING A PANDEMIC, AND AT CHRISTMAS TIME. That's okay, I know it's hard for a brother out here, so he hires & underpays our other brothers who snuck across the border - I don't discriminate against anyone but understand that NO ONE is going to create a problem for me. I don't bother people, infact, I protect and serve, as a military member. Additionally, he hadn't even obtained a permit to work on the roof - just the siding (my neighbor also had redone) I know this for a fact. It is also of my opinion that these employees are allegedly illegal immigrants as very few spoke the English language. As soon as I mentioned DEPORTATION, they hit it, left the equipment and everything. In the previous 2 weeks, they neatly packed up each night, leaving their equipment stacked nicely, covered with a tarp in my neighbor's back yard. The owner swore up and down that the trash would be cleared out of my yard once the job was completed - so trash is supposed to rest in my front & backyard for 2 weeks!?! No you're supposed to clean up everyday, (clear backing strips on the shingles, several 3 inch nails, black tissue-like paper. Needless to say, it was never cleaned up, but that was before I alerted the appropriate authorities. The workmen wore hoodie sweatshirts with one construction name on it, the work truck they utilized had a different name and Delaware # displayed on it, and no where was this company's name displayed, but my attorney will get to the bottom of it?

Very good. Work was timely done and came back to finish installing the capping in a timely fashion. Very professional and cleaned up after. Would hire again.

The owner reached out after my Angie’s List inquiry and provided excellent communication throughout the process, from estimate to completion of the job. The quote was honest and very competitive compared to four other contractors. I’m not an expert but heard from some impartial professionals that the job was a relatively simple one however some of the other contractors tried to exaggerate the cost and time. But Rebuilders was honest, efficient and took care to make sure the original issue (leak in wall with water coming in through the kitchen ceiling) was fully addressed.

They contractors arrived promptly around our scheduled meeting time and were very efficient while completing the job. They were also very informative concerning the work that was being completed, providing pictures and details about my property. The level of professionalisms was impressive and definitely key for my recommendation of the services provided. Overall I think this company is outstanding and the customer service is unique. If you hire them you won’t be disappointed!

They did a good low and low price. Responsiveness was good and the job was pretty reasonable.

It was great, I had an issue with a socket that was leaking afterwards. He came back and got it fixed for me. The roof has been fine, and it was a good price. I would recommend them.
