I hired Untouchable Roofers for a leak I couldnt get rid of. They were
honest,professional and even wore shoe covers to protect my floors. My
leak is fixed and I am one happy customer!

I used Untouchable Roofers because of the coupon I found on their yellow
pages profile. They came out the next day and did my roof and it was
the easiest project I have ever had done. They were there on time, got
right to work and kept me informed as they went along with the project.
after the roof was done I was shown pictures of my roof prior to work
and pictures of it after. These photos were emailed to me also for my
own filing. I called Untouchable back this morning to set up an addition
with a deck on top. Im very excited to do business with them again!

I have a 15 year guarantee on my rubber roof. The roof is leaking in places other than the skylights but the Roofer doesn't want to admit that but we live through it every time it rains.  I have a leak on my roof in  the corner over my back door which is far away from the skylights. Which contradicts what the Roofers said about it just being the skylights.   I did research in buying all of the materials and called Home depot where I was purchasing these items.   I was told I needed to purchase flashings with the skylights. Not only did I purchase the flashing with the skylights I also confirmed this with the roofers.  When the roofer was installing my roof he told me that I did not need to keep the flashers and that he could make them for me, and I could take them back to the store and get my money back. Because I thought he was a expert I did what he said. Now I am suffering with a leaky roof!  Looking back I think the Roofer was to lazy to install the flashing because it was hot out on the roof and all together it took them two days and the roofer mentioned that he thought it was only going to take one day.  So he started cutting corners.  Oh and by the way,  I can prove that I bought the flashers last year.  When I contacted the Roofers and told them what was happening the husband came out took a look at the roof and told my husband that he would fix it and it wouldn't cost us any additional money. Later they came up with this c*** and bull story saying I was being to cheap to buy the flashing and I don't like being lied on!  I am insulted!  It is unfortunate that some people in business don't want to stand behind their work.  To make matters worst, they want to charge me an additional $400 plus dollars  to install the flashing.  Further more they installed the skylights the wrong way in the first place!  They installed them in laying flat so that when it rains water pools and sits on top of them and eventually works it's way through the frame and into my house.  I have never seen anyone install skylights laying flat!  They usually are laid on a  angle so that when it rains the water can run off of them.  I hired Untouchable Roofers because when I called I like the wife and wanted to give them some business to help them out.  I trusted them and they assured me that they would stand behind their work but that is the last thing they are doing.  Instead, they are making up lies to get out of doing the work!

Untouchable roofers completed my roof in a timely and professional manner. They even had me walk through the job when it was complete to make sure I was satisfied. I will DEFINITELY do business with them again.

The overall experience with Untouchable Roofers was excellent. I called when I noticed that the spout was detached and there was water building on the roof. I called the company and a roofer came out that very same day to check the roof out and to repair the problems. It was fixed in a very professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
