Initially it was great and it looked like they did a fine job. A couple of years later I found they did not replace the lining and I found old tar up there. There is a valley between my roof and an adjacent house and this is where the problem is. As a result, I am now having leaks. I have called the company and they said they have bought out Roof Pro and they are not honoring any warranties.

A few months after they replaced the roof, we experienced leaks. We thought we might need the rest of our roof replaced. Multiple contractors concluded that the problem was the Mr Roof Pro job. It did not conform to standards, and it was causing leaks. Multiple contractors were surprised at how unprofessional the job was. When we contacted Mr Roof Pro about their 15 year guarantee (6 months after they did the job), they didn't return our calls.

First, they did not show as scheduled. Had to call a few times. When they did the work, the roof still leaked. They said they don't guarantee their work but they would come back. They haven't. Also, had them patch some small holes in the shingles. They used something that shines so you can see the spots. They said the spots would fade in a few months so they would no longer shine. They haven't.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed] you had us repair a few shingles that were broken we can not guarantee that type of work. We did come out there the following week after you called no one was home and we found nothing. The shiny stuff is clear silicone that we used to cover the nail holes that are exposed due to how old your shingles are. After time the silicone will fade and start to dull. If you would like me to come back out I would be more then happy to do so."

It was fine. They said that thing didn't cover what I wanted to do. They said I have to pay some additional money. I didn't do the additional work.

Paid in advance and selected dates available as per Angies List special. Contractor never called after purchase. I called them after a week and they claimed they were having email problems with Angies list. Scheduled appt with provider directly. Morning of appt, repairman called and left message they would not be coming. They didn't follow up to reschedule, I again had to call them to reschedule. Contractor called day of and asked to come out earlier. I agreed. Spent approx 20 min hammering on exposed nails on roof. Said he didn't see anywhere leak could be so maybe it may be from exposed nails. 2 weeks later, leak is not fixed.

Kevin was on time. He was very professional. He explained what he was going to do as part of the review. We needed some caulking around a vent pipe and below the skylight. Rest of roof was in good shape. There are some minor spots on siding that need attention, however, Kevin was hesitant about tapping nails into siding so nothing was done. Kevin indicated that he will send us an estimate to fix the siding and give us a price on replacing rubber caps on vent pipes that will need to be replaced sometime in the future. Note: There was an issue about scheduling an appointment through Angie's List. Since I did not get a response regarding my requested appointment time, I called the company directly. The company indicated that the reservation through the website does not work and customers need to call directly.

Mr. Roof Pro had a promotion which my roof did not qualify but all i needed was a single shingle to be replaced. They managed to accommodate the small job and got the job done. the only one negative was they could have matched the shingle a little better but i am still happy.

They came out, gave us an approximate start date and the price above. They came 2 days after the est. start day with a 2 man crew and did the work in one day causing no disruption to our day. One of the crew showed me pictures of their repair which looks great. One of the owners came by to get the check and make sure that all had gone well
We are very satisfied with their work, would recommend them to anyone needing roof work. We would definitely use them again.

Everything that I paid for that I thought was going on, I saw the man going up on the roof with a small roof and then he came back down and there is no way that he did anything. I told them this last week that I don't think he did anything. She asked why I did not complain and I said because I wanted them to do some more work. She said that whoever was working before was not working anymore. It was horrible, they didn't do anything. There was tiny little repairs and they didn't do anything. I felt that I was taken advantage of, maybe because I am a woman. I even have a 3rd floor, and they didn't talk to me about anything. He didn't say I need this or I need that. I know I do because I had some leakage. I think I am going to pay for it again because they are telling me the manager can come out. They cancelled a lot because of the weather. The price was a good price.

It worked out fine. Obviously the price ended up being more just because I had a larger square footage area. He was flexible with timing. We were able to get it done pretty quickly. He did use sub-contractors but it wasn't a problem. He was here a couple of times to check up on things and I had a chance to speak directly a number of times so overall I was happy. It took us a while to touch base in the beginning because of my own schedule.
