When they started the work, they completed it from front to back wit h no delays; even though the weather did not cooperate. They worked consistently & cleaned up incredibly - there was no trash left anywhere. Everything was done in a timely manner. The crew was courteous and I was very impressed with the service.

Steve the salesman was pleasant to work with.  The first day that the Sun was shining they were out and starting the complete roof, including wood.  The project was completed within two days.  The only thing that I still waiting for is a revised paid receipt with the brake out of the corrugated roof for the Insurance Company and I am still finding some roofing nails in the driveway and street.
I would definitely refer this company.

They came in did the work in less than a day when I was not there. Everything seemed to go well. The worker in charge was good enough to text me some photos of the work when it was done.
They were able to produce an ACORD insurance certificate - needed by my homeowner's association - to have the work approved.

JL estimate was 10 to 13% below two other highly rated roofers.  Their crew showed up on time, protected the landscaping and driveway (dumpster), and went to work.  They worked fast, and were polite and professional.  Work was done as agreed, with extra plywood and fascia charged per sheet or linear foot.  All fascia and some rake boards were covered with aluminum.  Cleanup was done well.

David Mitchell, project manager, was thorough in his initial inspection and estimate. The estimate was the most competitively-priced for the enhanced level of work. The actual work was adequately performed with some minor additional work needed, which the company responded to promptly and professionally. They did good work, and what little they missed, they took care of. Overall, it was a pretty positive experience and I appreciated their customer service. That means a lot to me in a customer service/ sales interaction, and they fulfilled that obligation well.

We decided to go forward with this company since they seemed very professional and their estimate was less than all of their competitors.  It was a bit tough communicating between the project manager and the foreman to get the work scheduled.  I called the company a few times during the week and had to wait several days to get a call response back.  No big deal though since we were not in any rush to get the work completed.  They arranged to come out on a Saturday to complete the work, which was nice.  I wanted to be present during the install and I did not have to take a day off from work.  The work was completed in a few hours and looks very professional.  Just had our first big thunderstorm and it looks like the gutters were all functioning as intended.  The workers also fixed a broken downspout which was not part of the work scope.  I will definitely use this company again in the future.  Quality work at a great price!

I accepted a firm price based on the description of a complex 1-person job. One person performed the repair very well in less than 90 minutes.

Work was performed on time with absolutely beautiful results. Could not tell where the roof was repaired. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

JL  came in as the low bidder and we chose them based on that plus reviews of their work on our neighbors house. They totally explained the entire process and gave us samples of materials they would be using, and explained the manufacturers guarantee in detail.  On start day they showed up on time and prepped the house and yard for the significant debris resulting from stripping three layers of shingles. Over the next two days they replaced plywood where required and installed all the components of the new roof system. They also made a repair on a defective roof rafter and installed a brace to improve a sagging problem .  The old gutter system was removed and a new gutter system with leaf guards and modified downspouts was then installed.  The cleanup that was performed afterwards left practically no trace of debris or waste.  The crew showed up on time every day and worked until sundown each day. They were friendly and professional and very hard working.  There was also consistant communication and checking up on their work by the customer service rep who contacted me each day and who answered his phone when we called with questions several times. JL performed quality work for a very reasonable price, completed it on time and handled  issues that came up in a satisfactory manner. I totally recommend JL for their job very well done.

There's nothing good or bad. They came, got the work done and I'm pleased with it. The price seemed reasonable. I have no complaints.
