"I called Ralph on Sunday as pipe broke under kitchen sink. I sent him video of the problem and we set appointment for Monday as he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ralph and his assistant, Peter came and Ralph gave me an estimate of the job. I said go ahead. Ralph and Peter did the following: Removed and replace drain waste line, dishwasher tail piece and new stainless steel basket strainer, new nuts and washer for connections. They ran water multiple times to test the system. Ralph was not happy with one of the connections, even though no water was leaking. He just did not feel right about it as if it was his own home and replaced the connection again. It's nice to see someone who takes so much pride in his work and will not finish the job until he is satisfied that it was done right. Will definitely hire again."

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. "The storm that hit Monmouth County on 7/22/19 caused a voltage spike in my home.It ruined the compressor in my air conditioner. When the repair tech came to my home on 7/23/19 the voltage was still very high. Artic Air ordered a new compressor. When it was delivered to them, they contacted me to let me know it was in. They could install it if the voltage was low enough. They were able to determine that the voltage was acceptable, and they installed the compressor that day. Artic Air went out of their way to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. Their service was excellent, The Parts Manager was especially helpful."

"These guys could not be more terrific! They were able to diagnose a problem that no other waterproofing could. American A-1 was here 5 minutes and they knew exactly what our problem was. We didn’t know it but we have iron oxide in our ground which needs to be maintained yearly. Also our french drain hadn’t been dug out deep enough to begin with so our finished basement got completely ruined. It was a very low point in our life but these guys came in, did the DIRTY job with HEAVY lifting and never complained once. They were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up to perfection when they were done. They even paid for a cleaning service to come in as dust had gotten just about everywhere. At another point in time our window wells were filling up with water and we didn’t know why. They came the next morning and figured out a drain pipe had been punctured by our underground sprinkler company. They did the work that day and it’s been perfect ever since. They could not be better at what they do. I’m in awe of how knowledgeable they are and how hard they work!
