"I called Ralph on Sunday as pipe broke under kitchen sink. I sent him video of the problem and we set appointment for Monday as he was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Ralph and his assistant, Peter came and Ralph gave me an estimate of the job. I said go ahead. Ralph and Peter did the following: Removed and replace drain waste line, dishwasher tail piece and new stainless steel basket strainer, new nuts and washer for connections. They ran water multiple times to test the system. Ralph was not happy with one of the connections, even though no water was leaking. He just did not feel right about it as if it was his own home and replaced the connection again. It's nice to see someone who takes so much pride in his work and will not finish the job until he is satisfied that it was done right. Will definitely hire again."

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. "The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"The storm that hit Monmouth County on 7/22/19 caused a voltage spike in my home.It ruined the compressor in my air conditioner. When the repair tech came to my home on 7/23/19 the voltage was still very high. Artic Air ordered a new compressor. When it was delivered to them, they contacted me to let me know it was in. They could install it if the voltage was low enough. They were able to determine that the voltage was acceptable, and they installed the compressor that day. Artic Air went out of their way to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. Their service was excellent, The Parts Manager was especially helpful."
