We don't want to use the previous plumber then we called Daniel , he came very soon! He is our life saver! He explain very clearly, the previous plumber charged me $750 but Daniel charged me a lots less. Daniel is very kind, respectful, honest, reliable and helpful plumbing professional. "Jimmy was amazing. My boyfriend and I were in a serious bind when water started leaking into our kitchen from the bathroom upstairs after we just moved in. I called a handful of other plumbers who wanted to charge us an estimate to come, wanted me to send pictures for an estimate or quoted an exorbitant amount without a clear plan due to the complexity of our issue. I was starting to get really worried until I called Titan. Jimmy was professional, personable and fairly priced. He came that night and determined a plan for a permanent fix. The next day he rerouted all the pipes and corrected the issue in no time. We are so grateful we found him!"

"Erik came on time. I appreciated that before starting he reviewed the quote with me, so that I knew upfront how much I was going to pay, My problem was a clogged kitchen sink drain. Erik managed to fix the issue even though the clog was quite far in the pipe. I would hire him again."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Ensuring your toilet will fit starts with measuring the rough-in, but there are a few other factors to consider. The toilet tank's height and the toilet's depth should fit comfortably within the bathroom’s current setup. When considering depth, look at the walking space around the toilet to ensure it fits in the bathroom.

You definitely can over-tighten toilet tank bolts. Unlike some other materials, porcelain can’t bend or flex, so when you over-tighten a screw into it, it could break against the added pressure. Only tighten them as much as needed to keep them in place and firm; any more and you could risk breaking the porcelain.

Yes, frozen underground pipes can burst. When water inside the pipe freezes, it expands, increasing pressure on the pipe walls. If the pressure becomes too great, it can cause the pipe to crack or burst, leading to significant water damage when the ice eventually thaws.

Draining is the process of removing sediment buildup that has accumulated at the bottom of your hot water heater’s tank. Flushing is a more elaborate process that involves running fresh water through the tank to clean the inside thoroughly. You should at least drain your hot water heater once per year and flush it every other year—better yet, alternate between draining and flushing every six months.

To get rid of a sewer smell in your crawl space, you’ll have to find the source of the problem. If it has to do with your sewer lines, then repairing the line will help. You may need to make other repairs, like fixing your sump pump or encapsulating your crawl space to reduce moisture. After you make the repair, depending on the issue, you may still need to clean out your crawl space to get rid of the stink.
