Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. "Initially the lady who answered my call goofed on two counts- First, even though I advised her that I had purchased a prepaid deal, she scheduled a salesman to come to my house, rather than the technician who should have been sent;  secondly she scheduled the visit more than two weeks away. If I had a water leak, I would have had big problems. 
When the salesman told me that he was not a technician but would e-mail an estimate to me, I hit the roof, saying that I had purchased a prepaid repair. He called Jesse, the owner of the company, who immediately apologized, and agreed to come, personally, the next day to fix the crack in the foundation.
Jesse called several times thereafter to apologize for the error, and came on time the next day. 
He fixed the crack in an expert manner and was extremely professional and courteous.
Without the scheduling problem, this company would rate an A +. The owner is a genuine pleasure to work with!
