The first thing everyone needs to understand is Bertoli Plumbing and Heating has been around for over 20+ years. My family and I have been using them for decades. However, about 2 years ago or so, Mark Bertoli sold the company to someone new who kept the same name. The person he sold that company to has ZERO plumbing experience. Most of the employees that worked under Mark retired or quit, and the new owner absolutely price gouges the long time Bertoli customers. Recently I engaged Bertoli for two bathroom projects, where I was told by them, it would take 3 days for the first bathroom and 7-10 days for the second. I was out two showers for 3 months! I finally was able to use my first shower after 3 months, and could not use my master shower until 4 months! I took off from work several times so they could finish the project only for them to no call/no show. This is the most unprofessional services company across any field I have every used since owning my own home for 20 years now. STAY AWAY!

Had toilet replaced by Bertoli Plumbing. Great experience all around from setting up the appointment with Eileen to Mike the plumber. Estimate was straight forward, accurate, and reasonable. Honest operation. Very pleased and highly recommend you give them a try if you need plumbing work done.

They come really quickly and easy. They are just great. Been using them for years.

One of my kids through something down the toilet, it was metal and he had to come and fish it out. They come here and done other things. Put a faucet in, six handles that were broken. The cost was like $125 for everything I needed done that day. With the toilet, he had actually snaked the toilet but what happened was it clogged right back up because they didn't know that something was stuck all the way down there. So the owner came out on a Saturday and he unclogged the toilet so they were very prompt and courteous. Since we had a plumber who was really expensive, I'll grade the price as an A. If you call them about something and you have a problem afterwards they'll come right back and fix it for nothing. As soon as they get here they only have so many trucks and if you call without making prearrangments then you just have to wait your turn for them to come.

The work was great, and done very quickly.

Installation went well. work was good too but there was some confusion over a water line being disconnected. This was not supposed to take place. I now have no water going to my fridge. I called in to address this and this is where things go wrong. I was told and I quote " we'll get there when we get there, I am not sending men out there when we have more important things. Can you imagine? I would never treat my customers this way. It's unacceptable to respond like that.

I could not be happier with the services provided by Bertoli. Everyone I was in contact with over the phone and on the job were always available to answer my questions and accommodate whatever needed to be done for this job. Over the past year or so I have been chipping away at a large kitchen/living/half bath renovation at my home. I'm doing most of the work on my own, and it's an expensive & frustrating process with surprises and setbacks around every corner. But honestly, the only constantly reliable aspect of it has been Bertoli Plumbing. They really have been amazing. To complete the job they needed to split the work into multiple visits thru the various stages of the renovation, and worked around whatever hurdles presented themselves along the way (including super picky building inspectors). Never once did they put me off or point the finger or try to avoid any responsibility. They were quick, reliable, efficient, professional and courtious. Not the mention being the best quote I shopped for....and trust me, I shopped. Thanks again for everything guys, you'll hear from me for sure when I shift my focus to the upstairs bathrooms. Great work. Done well , guys are always prompt and respectful. Very reasonable pricing.

Bought the water heater at Lowe's but insisted on having Bertoli install it, since I knew the level of work that they would do. And they didn't disappoint. Communication was very good, and the installer was very personable. Done on time and with no hassles. Would use them again.

They called on the morning of our appointment to say the plumber was on his way. He arrived, replaced the parts and charged me what they quoted. Two days later, I heard one of the fill valves making noise. I called, explained the problem, and they said a plumber would be there the next day. Again, they called when he was on the way. He opened the top of the fill valve and found some grit was stopping it from closing completely. He cleaned it, reassembled it and it worked fine. Of course there was no charge for this. Truly professional; recommend them highly !

Mike arrived promptly. He was courteous and very experienced. Price was very reasonable and work was done timely and expertly. Would highly recommend.

Went really well. Ted, who came last week to give me an estimate, came back to do the job. I like that. So he was familiar with what needed to get done. He was very nice and professional. Explained exactly what should be done and why. Performed all the work. He even replaced a nozzle's location so if it dripped again, it wouldn't be directly over a zone valve. That he just did without charge.  Explained to me after job complete to go downstairs and check the boiler every so often over the next few days to make sure repairs performed are working properly. Which I will do. I went out and got four quotes for this job. Each of the four plumbers recommended the same work to correct the problem, and to prevent further problems. So in other words, the estimates were apples to apples. Bertoli came in considerably less than the other three. And Ted was very informative when giving his estimate. I think I found my future plumbing company! Thank you, Bertoli and Ted!
