We live in an older house and tend to have a lot of small problems. Most plumbers we've used have not solved the problems we called them for or proposed massive expensive changes that we ultimately found unnecessary. Eddie O came and listened to what we said we needed. He answered all our questions about his suggestions. The estimate was in the area we had hoped it would be. He showed up on time and did the work in the time he told us to expect it to take. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself. Since the work was completed, everything is working as expected.

Eddie provided us with great service. He came the same day I called him. He is honest, the price was good and his work is excellent. Eddie replaced two water valves under our kitchen sink. Also I was told by another plumber that we needed to replace our main water valve (We have a condo). Eddie examined the valve and told me it's good. No need to replace it. We will definitely use him again.

He was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. One part did not fit correctly, due to original installation work done over 15 years ago, and it had to be custom cut and fitted. Eddie knew exactly what had to be done, had all the necessary tools, and easily executed the cut exactly to fit. I recommend him highly.

Lem the plumber addressed the issue and did quality work which was much needed. I had an emergency issue with the line that connects to my refrigerator which makes ice. I had a very bad leak and my valve to the ice kit was damaged due to corrosion. I had no choice but to cut the main water source to my home in order to stop the water flow which damaged my hardwood floor. Lem installed a new quarter turn valve which also doesn't rust within the new valve. He was punctual, fast, efficient and very clean. I plan on using this company for future projects in my home.

I called their office and an office worker answered, took notes, and said someone would be in touch once they returned to the office. I received a follow-up call a couple hours later and was told they could be at my home in about a half hour, which was spot-on accurate. Two people arrived, which seemed to be one actual employee and his son serving as observer/assistant. The goal was to figure out why I was getting a sewage smell in my home coming from the washer/dryer utility closet. The plumber (Lem?) was very thorough in working with me to figure out the issue, first checking the main sewer line for clogs, and gradually narrowing it down to a drain pipe underneath that the washing machine that had been connected to my old washer, but had no way to connect to the new one, and so the trap in it had dried out completely. The two of them moved disconnected and moved the washing machine, filled the trap, and re-connected everything. It has been about a week and a half since then, and the smell has not returned, so it seems that did the trick. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work. Aside from what I just described, the plumber also gave me advice on a few other questions I had about my kitchen faucet and sink drains, and advised that I could have a rubber cap put on the drain we filled to prevent the problem from recurring (I declined on this visit in case that turned out to not be the actual issue). The price was also very reasonable for the service call and thorough investigation done. My only negative mark is that - with it being a rainy day and the plumber needing to check the main sewer line from a pipe on the lawn - the lack of shoe coverings meant they tracked water and mud along the path from my front door to the utility closet which I had to clean up later. I am definitely keeping them in mind, though, for plumbing work I am planning on having done later this year.

I called their number and left a message. They called me back the next morning and scheduled to come that afternoon. The guys came and repaired it pretty quickly (less than and hour). No issues.
