They replaced the floorboards, the side railings and boards, and the steps. It looks great and is very solid. See attached pics."

He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling.
