This project required drilling through Stocco outside, drywall installation, minor priming, , electric, and even tile and grout. As someone who isn't as home repair savvy, I appreciate knowing how a job is going, if there are any issues or what the challenges may be in advance. I think maybe John is a man of few words, but I didn't get that much from him without probing and I don't always know if I'm asking the right questions. As a home owner, I want to make sure that I'm making the right long term decisions for my house. If I ask for work on job X, but it could actually be less expensive in the long run if a bigger job Y was performed. Maybe job Y is more expensive and I'm not willing to do it, but I would like to know what job Y is... maybe job X will only be good for a couple years and I'll have to do job Y in the future to sell the house anyway. That kind of thinking is something that I'd appreciate when someone is working on my house.
