Our sunroom is not finished and it was started June 2021. BetterLiving Sunrooms will not return my calls or emails. They failed to pass our townships inspections several times. The installers are friendly, but the business owner Rick Yeager is rude. Overall they have terrible customer service and need to be asked multiple times for anything. They have very high pressure sales, like a car salesman. We did not receive a veterans discount and paid way too much at the Conshohocken, PA franchise.

Love the sunroom. Use it much more than we thought we would. High quality materials. Owner really cares about his customers and patiently helped us make decisions when we needed advice.

Please record every conversation due to they do not own up to everything they say. The story changes.

Better Living is the kind of company that promises the world and then disappoints. They will take advantage of you if you are not paying attention. The company needs an overhaul from top to bottom. Very disappointed in what they say or think they stand for. The overall work is ok. The workers were all very considerate and respectful but the actual work was just ok. Please shop around a lot before you decide. And if you find that you need to go with this company make sure to stay on top of them.

Our sunroom turned out beautifully. We use it for all four seasons and love it. We installed a wood stove and air conditioning, so weâ re set for any temperature.

Very happy with service and professionalism of the instigation process. The team took care of the build from start to finish. Did not leave trash or anything else behind. Process went very smooth from start to finish.

They are none responsive to inquiries. They keep switching project managers with not getting anything done. They promised to have the work done and not followed through.Before entering this contract we were worried that our 67 year old cement patio would not support the weight of this sunroom.Their salesman called the president of the company and gave us a guarentee that they would make the patio repairs necessary for their sunroom or if the cost was too much we would both walk away from the deal. That was on March 27,2019 and nobody has done any work AT ALL. They have over $11,000.00 of our money and we are senior citizens who just cannot afford this loss. As the time passed it got worse and now we are dealing with a third project manager who said this is embarrassing to him.Their DREAM DEAL has turned into a NIGHTMARE with no resolve in sight.After notifying Home Advisor the salesman called us and promised the president of their company would call us.He did not. We removed our Barbque which was connected to a gas line,had the gas company cap the line,purchased furniture,hired and electrician,almost purchased flooring which we stopped just in time. Also, emptied our kitchen cabinets because the room would be attached to our kitchen and our dishes would be damaged. It's now the end of August and we were told they will not do the concrete repairs as promised. We want our money refunded at this point. Very dissatisfied.

Joe the owner was awesome, he called to follow up and make sure I was happy even offered to come over anytime during the project, Leka was fantastic, cheery and pleasant, overall my Wife and I love our new room. Thank you to Joe and all the crew at Better Living.

Deposit was given to this business for a porch project on 12/29/18, but a refund requested on 1/2/19 and cancellation of our contract within 3 business days per PA law and the company's own policies, with written guarantee to 100% return/refund the deposit within 7-10 business days. Request was faxed, and receipt was verified on the phone with the company on 1/2/19 as well as fax transmission confirmation. We waited the 7-10 days as well as agreed to their request to send another salesman out to pitch the project again before we could receive our refund, even though we did not request this. We patiently went through that process as well and yet no refund was sent as promised. Repeated daily calls made to the office long AFTER the 10 days elapsed and each time was told that someone from accounting must deal with it. Repeated requests were also made with receptionist to receive a call back but over 4 days no call back was received. On 1/31/19 another call made to main number to request status of refund, and again was told that accounting would have to "look into that". At that point request was made to speak to manager or person in charge, and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. Called back and immediately requested to leave my name and number rather than leave me on hold. Receptionist acknowledged my request but no call back was received for the rest of the day. To be clear, I am not reviewing the quality of their work as we never started the project, but an assigned value to those fields is required to submit this review. Not the best communications from this company. Update: Refund was finally sent and received after nearly a month.

What a terrible customer service department! These guys showed up on time to my home and our mistake was that we committed to them to provide us with the installation of my sunroof with a deposit of $1300 on June 16th, 2018. Today is Aug 2nd, 2018 over 90 days, I have NOT heard anything from these guys. We've called 13 times! I got Voicemail and left many messages with not a single returned call. Finally on one of the calls I spoke with the installation department and was told that he was the manager and that he'd get back to me. I have waited over 2 weeks now and no return call.

Terrible customer service. Contracted on 9/17, done on 5/18. They don't return calls, you are at their mercy and their schedule. They don't show up, they simply want your money and then you wait. The 2 guys who built it were great, the rest were terrible. Still waiting for my warranty 9 months later.

After meeting with Betterliving I was satisfied with with our relationship and the product. Their prices were right in the middle of the other companies. Unfortunately we were not able to do the project, but they sent out a representative (Nick Kaiser) and he was very helpful and worked with me to make us both happy.

Great communication and great techs in every phase of the task.
