"Arrived early, provided inspection prior to cleaning, pointed out any loose threads, etc.  Finished, no mess on hardwood floor.  I had a strong "storage" odor which they got rid of. A little lingering "cleaning" smell which dissipated after drying. Everything fresh and clean.  Nice surprise when finished.  Definitely use again.

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!

"Gregg is amazing. The carpets I had him clean were in rough shape to say the least. I thought the stains would never come out. Seriously, they were rough. Gregg came in and got all the stains out and gave my carpets new life. I could not be happier with the end result. Gregg also clean the kitchen and bathroom. "Cynthia’s team was great! I work out of state and my home was closed up for 5 months. I am on my way out of town again so I didn’t have time to clean myself. I decided to hire a cleaning service so I could get other things done. Her team was very thorough. Dust had built up and my floors were gross needless to say.
