We got a great deal and our sales rep, Gary worked with us to match another estimate we received although Avtec used better materials and threw in the lattice work for free! We had a lot of issues with the township due to zoning problems but Gary was very patient throughout, answered questions quickly and came to our house often to help us with the paperwork and other questions even though it's a 45 minute drive to our house! The deck was built incredibly fast considering we were hit by 2 snow storms. The builders cleared away the 2 ft of snow and just continued working! The deck was beautifully built with high grade materials (they even used vinyl lattice) and the workers were very polite and efficient and cleaned up after themselves and sprayed off our deck when they were finished.
