"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. "My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional"

"My husband and I recently purchased a home and realized we had issues with our central air during a heat wave. We received estimates from approximately 5 different companies but we went with Dun Rite for a few different reasons - 1) We worked with Pete from Dun Rite and he was such a nice and respectful human being unlike some of the other companies he was pleasant. the customer service is impeccable. 2) he didn't rush with explaining the issues he found with the system. He truly wanted us to understand. 3) he wasn't trying to overcharge us with items we didn't need unlike some of the other companies we received quotes for. we signed the contract with the quote and contacted our AC warranty company. Dun Rite was going to get paid regardless but we wanted to see if the warranty company would help with any of the payment. Pete also helped us fight the warranty company to partially pay for some of the work. He was fighting for it even more than we were! what other company would do that for you?!?!?! Based on those factors we hired Dun Rite for our AC and ducts. The team was prompt and only took a work day and 2 hours to put in a whole new AC unit and ducts and discard of the old unit! When they worked in the house the team wasn't overly loud and they left the house super clean. After the work was done I realized Dun Rite was the same company that worked on my parents house 10 years ago and my parents praised their work then as well. this shows their standards have not dropped and they are consistent. I highly recommend Dun Rite without any reservations."
