"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. "My husband and I recently purchased a home and realized we had issues with our central air during a heat wave. We received estimates from approximately 5 different companies but we went with Dun Rite for a few different reasons - 1) We worked with Pete from Dun Rite and he was such a nice and respectful human being unlike some of the other companies he was pleasant. the customer service is impeccable. 2) he didn't rush with explaining the issues he found with the system. He truly wanted us to understand. 3) he wasn't trying to overcharge us with items we didn't need unlike some of the other companies we received quotes for. we signed the contract with the quote and contacted our AC warranty company. Dun Rite was going to get paid regardless but we wanted to see if the warranty company would help with any of the payment. Pete also helped us fight the warranty company to partially pay for some of the work. He was fighting for it even more than we were! what other company would do that for you?!?!?! Based on those factors we hired Dun Rite for our AC and ducts. The team was prompt and only took a work day and 2 hours to put in a whole new AC unit and ducts and discard of the old unit! When they worked in the house the team wasn't overly loud and they left the house super clean. After the work was done I realized Dun Rite was the same company that worked on my parents house 10 years ago and my parents praised their work then as well. this shows their standards have not dropped and they are consistent. I highly recommend Dun Rite without any reservations."
