The partial power issue apparently resolved itself that same day that he was present, no actual repair was done. The next day the partial power issue resurfaced. I called Lawrence to see if he had any suggestions, which I executed, but it did not turn the power back on. It was possible that the nor'easter had caused the issue, so I called PSEG to come out again. PSEG confirmed power was running to the building. In the end, I hired a different electrician who figured out the problem was the main which needed to be replaced. Lawrence did give me a reasonable estimate for a different job in the same building. I appreciated the fact that he came the same day I called him, and that he came back several days later to meet with the electric company. I did pay him for coming out both days, but I was a little disappointed that the issue was never resolved."
