"I was extremely pleased with the job. Ralph had met with me earlier to go over the plumbing problems I had, and provided me with a quote and scope of work to be done. Right on time, Ralph , with the assistance of Peter, fixed the pipe, and attached new shower head. It was necessary to cut out some tile and wall, as the pipe broke off behind a tiled wall . The work was well done, and setup neatly for tile replacement, which was very minimal. They explained what they were going to do, worked efficiently and totally cleaned up . Plus they recommended a tile person, who came out later the same day. I also needed to have a sewer line for washing machine unclogged. Ralph brought his man Joe to do the job. Quite honestly, this was the most thorough job I had experienced, having had this done several times before. Ralph will be coming out next week to replace the house inside septic line, which is old cast iron and cracked. I am confident that the work will be done with the same efficiency and professionalism."

"George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks.
