First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. He showed and explained everything along the way. Thankfully everything looked good and he even went the extra length to run a cleaning head through the line to get it extremely clean. I m certain this main hasn t been this clean since it was installed. Total peace of mind now. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. "The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."

"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time.
