"I had a clogged sewer main and needed someone ASAP. After contacting Home Advisor Craig from All Jersey Plumbing called back within 2 minutes of my submission. First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. He showed and explained everything along the way. Thankfully everything looked good and he even went the extra length to run a cleaning head through the line to get it extremely clean. I m certain this main hasn t been this clean since it was installed. Total peace of mind now. "Just moved in to a newly renovated town home. Day 1 on-suite sink suddenly started draining slowly, which didn't happen during inspections and finial walk through. Either way, Dave attempted to snake the sink. After 2 attempts we started to worry, because the alternative is to open the wall up and re-do the pipe $$$. Not something you want to do after you purchased your first house. Dave said lets give it one more shot and hope this works....Low and behold he got to the root of the issue and the sink is now moving smoothly. He also replaced the washer in the elbow which was pinched and installed improperly, which caused leaking when backed up."

"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. "I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."
