They examined the problem under sink and identified leakage at the pop up assembly where the drain attaches to the sink, not in the trap. The pop up assembly and extension tail piece in the sink were removed and replaced with new parts. They checked to make sure they had all the parts first. I observed that they knew exactly what to do and worked professionally and quickly to effectively finish the job. They tested the sink and the repairs. Then asked me to inspect what they did. They instructed me on using the sink stopper correctly to prevent damage, something I thought was helpful. No issues with clean up. The job went faster than I expected. I would hire them again."

"I hired Bob Lindsay to put in French drains and 2 sump pumps after getting water in my basement in July and from Hurricane Henri. He came and evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate on the spot and scheduled my job within a few weeks (unfortunately Hurricane Ida came in between). His crew did an amazing job. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to prep my basement with extreme care of my belongings, covering everything in plastic. They worked tirelessly for 2.5 days and completed all of the work ahead of schedule although they had some unexpected mechanical problems . Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain.
