"Jim did a totally professional job on my drywall project; the taping and paint job were excellent. Jim is from the "old school" where quality, reliability and performance take priority. He brought drop cloths and a vacuum; one couldn't tell that a wall was ever torn down, taped and repainted. By the way, his norm is putting on 2 coats of paint. Furniture and pictures were put back into place. While waiting for the sparkle to dry (on the numerous coats put on), he re-screened one of our patio doors. He was on time and even texted me that he was on his way with an ETA, which he kept. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Jim Lavin for any handyman project you have. "Benny arrived when he said he would and worked to keep pace with his timeline. He would arrive at 9 and not leave till 7 if that’s what needed to be done. He installed drywall and redid electrical work and did a wonderful job. Finished it off by painting, which was great as well. Overall happy with the work done. Don’t mind the doors, window, or rug in the pictures. They’re being redone as well."

"We contacted various drywall contractors through Angi, and received several estimates, but Bryan was not only right in the ballpark with his estimate (not too high, not too low), but he was the most honest and sincere guy we talked to. He not only offered good advice on what we should do to save on cost, but some do’s and don’ts on products available. He also worked with us on a timeline that was feasible for both of us to do the work. We completely demoed out the ceiling in one room all the way to the beams due to its deteriorating condition, and skinned the other two rooms since they were only cracked and showing signs of age. His crew was extremely courteous and efficient. They set up quickly each day to do the work for that day, accomplished more than I had expected, cleaned up at the end of each day, came back for the tape and texturing, and finished the job in three days, plus sanding and clean up. On time and on budget. I highly recommend Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Services, in fact we are now moving onto another phase of the remodel and have hired him to drywall the main living room.
