"Jim did a totally professional job on my drywall project; the taping and paint job were excellent. Jim is from the "old school" where quality, reliability and performance take priority. He brought drop cloths and a vacuum; one couldn't tell that a wall was ever torn down, taped and repainted. By the way, his norm is putting on 2 coats of paint. Furniture and pictures were put back into place. While waiting for the sparkle to dry (on the numerous coats put on), he re-screened one of our patio doors. He was on time and even texted me that he was on his way with an ETA, which he kept. His pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Jim Lavin for any handyman project you have. He installed drywall and redid electrical work and did a wonderful job. Finished it off by painting, which was great as well. Overall happy with the work done.
