"This was my first Tesla (Model Y) and needed to install the wall connector in my garage. That required running wires from my electric panel in the basement to my garage. In addition I wanted to future-proof to accommodate a second electric car (in future). Ryan was absolutely fantastic from very start to finish. "Lawrence was extremely responsive. He came the same day that I called him to take a look at the partial power issue in my building. We ended up having to get PSEG involved before we could resolve anything. He came back a 2nd time to meet PSEG the following week. The partial power issue apparently resolved itself that same day that he was present, no actual repair was done. The next day the partial power issue resurfaced. I called Lawrence to see if he had any suggestions, which I executed, but it did not turn the power back on. It was possible that the nor'easter had caused the issue, so I called PSEG to come out again. PSEG confirmed power was running to the building. In the end, I hired a different electrician who figured out the problem was the main which needed to be replaced. Lawrence did give me a reasonable estimate for a different job in the same building. I appreciated the fact that he came the same day I called him, and that he came back several days later to meet with the electric company. I did pay him for coming out both days, but I was a little disappointed that the issue was never resolved."

"Received $11000 project quote for a solar panel installation with 0% finance. The quote was attractive, and I decided to go with this company. Applied for 0% financing card and got approved for it. However, after receiving permits, the company changed the contract to 6% financing option. The company insisted that the contract was originally 6%. After much discussion, it provided me with a very ambiguous and small fine prints as part of the contract. The installation was done cheap. The guys used cheap plastic pipe to get the electrical work done and also made a hole in the roof to run the electrical line through. All of these works were done without discussing it with the owner. After receiving the payments, no help or guidance for setting up SREC. You get what you pay for. I regret that I chose this vendor for solar panel project."
