Bought a house with oil heating throughout the house and NO AC except window units. Requested and received multiple estimates and ideas. Some proposed a HVAC system with duct work (expensive) some suggested replaced the oil burning heater with Navien dual system. However, those options simply traded heating options. I called Ilia who measured the house and got the layout. Before he even suggested any system, he did his homework. Based on the fact I am on a high mountain near PA he recommended I install a 22 SEER unit Heat Pump which provides both heating and AC. He gave me the different brand options, ultimately I went with BlueRidge. Ilia’s work was very clean and neat. All the lines that needed to be placed in walls were neatly installed. He was very careful to ensure all distances from wall meet installers specifications. Keep in mind that he installed TWO 5 ton units on both sides of the house and a total of 10 heads throughout the entire house. Ready to help wRecommended!!!

Ilaya did an excellent job replacing my unit. He came in and quickly identified the issue and quoted us a very reasonable price. He completed the work in the timeframe he originally quoted. We were very pleased with his work and subsequent follow-up call to make sure everything was working as expected.

I was slightly hesitant because I had a poor experience with other companies previously but Prestige were excellent. I spoke with Ilya on the phone and he came to evaluate my home same day of us speaking!
