He goes shopping with you to ensure best options are selected. His team is very professional, clean up after themselves so you never knew they were there. We hired Elegant Home Improvement to renovate 2.5 bathrooms, our master bedroom, our kitchen, and our Living room. John & his crew met and exceeded our expectations. They spent approximately 40 full days worth of work on our house and at the end of every day the work area, our yard, and our house was always clean and immaculate, while still making good progress. All construction boxes, trash, etc. was always removed and cleaned up before they left every day. They took extra effort to make this a positive experience for us and to make sure our house was livable during the renovation process. We felt like they didn't just treat us like we were another project, but that they really wanted to help make our new house "our home". My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Elegant Home Improvement and would highly recommend them for your project!

Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. Guys were very professional, being respectful of our home and working neatly/efficiently. I highly recommend John without hesitation, and will be using him in the future when we renovate our Master Bathroom.

John did outstanding job finishing basement in our house. He provided contract at the beginning of the project with the job descriptions and prizing. The prizing was reasonable. He strictly honors the contract. He worked personally with Livingston city authorities for job permit. John spent a lot of time with the city inspectors and completed all their recommendations. Work was done in very professional manner without any deficiencies. We are very happy! Definitely, recommend this company services to our relatives and friends

John and his team did a great job! My wife and I was worried about a water mark on our dining room ceiling and we thought it might be coming from our shower stall in our small master bathroom. So we decided to might as well redo that bathroom. It's not a big master bath. They removed the existing shower stall and replaced the two walls with white tiles and pebble rock stones on the floor. They also installed a shower glass inclosure. New ceramic, dark grey tiles for the rest of the bathroom was also installed as well as a new vanity. As for the existing toilet, they just reinstalled after the remodeling. We supplied the materials for them to install. Great job and would hire them again!

This is the third time we have had John and his crew complete a job for us. Again, they are prompt, professional, neat and provide quality work. We continued hard wood floors in the house and they installed on the second floor. In addition, they added moldings and painted all rooms. Completed a garage overhaul, installed fold down stairs to attic and painted. As always, John and crew go above and beyond! We will continue to contact John for our home improvement needs and would recommend you do the same.

Excellent. John contacted us promptly with our request for an estimate via Angies List. We had two other professional quotes through Angies list and decided to go with John based on his proposal and our comfort level with him. We had a total kitchen remodel done three years ago by another big box company so we were prepared for the pitfalls of major remodeling. We were very happy with Ernesto who took great pride in his work as well as the excellent plumbing and electrical team John uses. John didn't nickel and dime us for additional unexpected work that was performed. We were so pleased with John that we decided to have him also remodel our master bathroom which was done to perfection. John and his team are trustworthy and also dog friendly. We would highly recommend John for quality home improvements.

We wanted to give the kitchen a new look but were not ready to commit to a fully kitchen remodel, so we once again called Elegant Home Improvement. John was fantastic as always. His team removed the dated wall paper and painted the entire kitchen. To provide an even more updated look they painted all the cabinets and installed new hardward on the cabinets and drawers. John helped us pick out an "island" to replace the old microwave stand and he installed a shelf above the island cabinet for the toaster oven and microwave. John even took the time to help us pick out new lighting for the kitchen to replace the old swag style light. This new light fixture has helped to provide a modern look to the kitchen. Elegant Home Improvement does not disappoint and it lives up to the name. John and his team are fabulous and I would not think of going anyway else for home improvement repairs.

From start to finish everything was superlative, from the responsiveness, thoughtful attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned to ensure an outcome that we were beyond satisfied with. We got help with picking fixtures, lighting, flooring, tiles, etc., and when our first choices were delayed or out of stock, the guidance we received with second choices was invaluable. We got help iwht the permitting and had very little if anything to do ourselves. We could be as hands on or not, as we choose.

John is my go to guy... we had to replace a section of the hardwood flooring and he was great, he worked hard to try and match the coloring as close as possible and did a great job. He was mindful of our two dogs ensuring they were not released. His team is amazing, they work with little disruption to the home owners and at the end of the day it was like they were never there. I can't say enough about what a treasure this company is to have and how great it is to have some one who is honest and fair to his customers, we are his top priority.

John was helpful and supportive, patient with me even. He guided me through everything and his advice, as always, was sound. He clearly loves a job well done and takes pride in what he does. My garage looks now like a showroom!!! I am so proud!! I love working with him - I have recommended him to family and friends and will use him again in the future without hesitations.
