"Beautifully. I was able to get a fast estimate and appointment. Elmar was professional and neat. He had to open up the gutters to clean them out while being careful of the roof melt wires inside. I am very happy and already recommended him to others."

"I hired Lety's services about three months back and they have been coming in to clean my home weekly since then. Service is always polite & professional and they accomodate special requests promptly. Punctuality and consistency are extremely important to me and they're excellent at this. They took their time doing a good deep cleaning during their first visit and since then service has been quick but efficient at the same time. I do not like the strong chemical smell some cleaning services leave behind. I specifically mentioned this while hiring them and true to their promise my house smells like a nice, clean bar of soap when they leave every week! I will update my review in a few months."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The cost of sandblasting depends on the scope of the project, the surface type, labor, and equipment required. Services typically cost between $50 and $80 per hour, though most professionals charge by surface area at a rate of $1.50 to $7 per square foot. Total project costs can range from $700 to $12,500, with an average homeowner spending around $3,200 to sandblast a 1,000-square-foot surface.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.
