"Dan did an excellent job on my tub/shower. It looks like new! He arrived on time, worked quickly and was very courteous. He even did a few extra things without me asking. I would definitely use Dennie's again!"

"We’ve purchased vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards at floor and decor. We hired W Flooring to do the installation. They removed the old flooring and installed the new flooring and baseboards in two living areas, master bedroom, office, hallway, and one bathroom. They did an excellent job. William was always on time and very courteous and accommodating. The price was very fair and we would hire them again. Thank you, William."

"I was actually most interested in finding a device or substance that I could use myself to clean several resistant areas in the shower.  In the end the very handy handyman who was doing work in my kitchen provided me with a powerful chemical substance (one that directs the user to wear non-porous goggles, safety gloves, ear plugs, and a N-95 Mold rated face mask) that worked quickly and effectively.
I did not complete this form earlier because it did not allow me to rate the over-all experience as N/A, which is the correct response since I never used the service at all.  In order to complete the form, however, I have given it a rating of A -- but that really is not an accurate way to describe an action which never happened.  Why do you list N/A as a possible rating if you won't accept my use of it?

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

The type of paint you use on concrete influences how long it will last. Epoxy paint can last as long as 30 years and often comes with a warranty for at least 15 years. Another factor impacting the longevity of the paint is how much wear and tear the floors receive, such as heavy machinery or constant foot traffic, which can shorten the life span.

When you are laying hardwood flooring—or any other material that does not flex well with humidity—you will want to check the moisture level of your subfloor before proceeding. Flooring like luxury vinyl tile and bamboo performs better than more rigid materials in environments where moisture might be present. However, thorough testing is always an excellent preventative measure to control and monitor water in your home.

Yes, polished concrete floors are worth it for homeowners who want durability, style, and low maintenance in one sleek flooring surface. You get the modern visual appeal of stone or tile with far less upkeep and far less cost. Polished concrete flooring is tough enough for high-traffic areas, it’s a great choice for people with allergies, and it’s easy to clean. If your existing concrete is in good shape, polishing it can give you solid value that shines on for years.

To maintain concrete floors, clean them regularly with a damp mop and avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the finish. Reseal the concrete every 2-3 years to protect the surface and enhance its appearance.

You can seal a concrete slab by cleaning the surface, filling in any cracks, etching the surface, applying a sealer, and letting it dry. Concrete slabs don't typically need sealing, but you can use a topical concrete sealer if you notice signs of water damage. If you haven't already fixed the cause of the leak, then you'll want to repair the plumbing before you seal a concrete slab.
